Start each new day off on the right foot with a delicious breakfast, sipping on a rich coffee or a steaming hot cappuccino, while taking in the view of the ancient olive grove and golf course. Sit back and enjoy an aperitif with friends on the comfortable sofas at our elegant Lounge Bar, or allow our Chef to amaze you with his unforgettable entrées at the Gian Giacomo Restaurant. At the Acaya Golf Resort & Spa, our food service professionals always have something delicious to offer our guests, at any time of day.
Our Rock Bar is an elegant place where guests can sit back and enjoy a cocktail, an aperitif, or an after-dinner digestif with friends. The lounge bar even extends outside, onto the Rock Bar Terrace. During the summertime, the Sunrise Pool Bar is also open, in order to allow guests to enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool.
Each morning when they wake up, our guests will find a large buffet waiting for them in the first-floor breakfast room. Options include croissants, freshly baked pastries, assorted toasted sandwiches, yoghurt and fresh fruit, as well as lots of savoury items, like cured meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, and bacon. All accompanied by a large selection of coffee products, teas, and fruit juices. There’s even a corner dedicated to local delicacies, like friselle and caciocavallo.
The food concept at the resort’s Gian Giacomo Restaurant is based on the creative flair of our Chef. The menu ranges from traditional Salento cuisine to delicious international entrées. Each dish is made with extremely fresh high-quality ingredients, and local seasonal products.
Useful information
The Gian Giacomo Restaurant is open to Acaya Golf Resort guests and visitors from 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Rock Bar is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., while the Sunrise Pool Bar is only open in the summertime, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
